What, if any styles, messages and other web based design specs you wish to employ as part of the design process. Any budget constraints to be considered - I tailor the project based on your overall needs and to a budget if required. Exisitng content structuring into the new project (text, audio, video, flash) - if the project is more redesign based   Step 2 - Agreement of Terms and Project Commencement Once the project structure, content and design has been discussed and agreed upon, I'll have you agree to the terms of what was discussed, including all project costings and upon receipt of a 50% desposit, the first stage of the project can commence.  Step 3 - Project Review, Edits and Final Project Delivery You will receive regular communication from me all the way throughout the design process to keep you informed and to clarify if any edits are required upon having you review the project and several intervals. This is critical and how I prefer to work as you never have to second guess if the project is going down the right path. This makes any editing a breeze in the later stages. Once you have signed off on all stages upon successful review and the remaining balance has been paid, the project can be moved from test servers to your own and then you have a fully conversant website or project that does exactly what it should.
